Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is hiring a Physical Security Program Manager to own security system installation during end-to-end data center construction in New Albany, Ohio.

You will manage security vendors from RFQ through completion, review designs, validate installations, and ensure all sites meet AWS Physical Security Standards before handoff to operations. Responsibilities include leading deployment of access control, intrusion detection, and CCTV systems; conducting due diligence; and

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer-facing IT or physical security systems
• 2+ years of physical security project and vendor management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in infrastructure security

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment lifecycle for physical security systems from staging to handoff
• Due diligence on proposed security designs, vendor solutions, and site conditions
• Site assessments to validate security architectures meet AWS standards and regulations
• Review security drawings and provide feedback to engineers and vendors
• Develop logic for access control, intrusion, video management and alarm platforms
• Serve as escalation point for Level 2/3 physical security issues across hardware/software
• Lead integration testing and track results against acceptance criteria
• Evaluate vendor performance and quotes for accuracy and deliverables
• Balance priorities and constraints to make engineering decisions under time pressure
