Zusammenfassung

The Villages, Inc. seeks a master-level photo/video producer to craft distinct content across digital channels in collaboration with Marketing and leadership. You will record, edit, and supervise photo/video projects, coach teammates, and ensure assets align with brand standards.

You will manage equipment, locations, and post-production workflows, delivering high-quality media and supporting campaigns with creative storytelling and sound design.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) or four years of related experience.
• Proficient in Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere, After Effects and Creative Cloud applications.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to coach teammates and communicate with stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Marketing and leadership to establish look and feel for video content.
• Manage technical aspects of video recording and editing.
• Coordinate with Photo/Video team on productions, scheduling, and talent.
• Determine filming locations and logistics for travel and equipment.
• Record and edit video and audio, add graphics and manage media files.
• Improve video and sound quality using industry-standard tools.
• Assist with voice-overs and asset cataloging.
• Ensure final videos match team specifications and brand guidelines.
• Drive vehicle when needed and transport shoot materials safely.
