TridentCare in Massachusetts is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to collect blood samples at patient sites with accuracy and compassion. This full-time role runs 5am-1:30pm with a 30-minute break, Monday through Friday with alternating weekends and holidays; you will drive a company vehicle and ensure specimens are prepared for transport to the laboratory.
The ideal candidate holds a phlebotomy certificate, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license, and is comfortable working with elderly

The Mobile Phlebotomist frequently works with elderly or compromised patients. The individual who is successful in this role will demonstrate the consistent ability to provide respectful, compassionate care understanding that these patients may respond emotionally to the need to conduct blood draws or may present the need for more advance blood draw technique due to their physical condition.
The work environment includes driving a company vehicle various distances in all types of weather and traffic conditions. The successful Mobile Phlebotomist must be able to function consistently under stress and be highly safety conscious.
