Job summary

Sharp HealthCare, based in San Diego, seeks a Pharmacy Technician Supervisor to oversee day-to-day pharmacy technician operations in a hospital setting. You will supervise staff, coordinate workflows, and ensure service quality.

In this role, you will mentor technicians, support leadership with staffing needs, and contribute to training and quality assurance initiatives to uphold patient safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Licensure as a Pharmacy Technician or equivalent.
• 3 years of Pharmacy Technician experience in hospital or healthcare setting.
• California Pharmacy Technician License (TCH) is required.

Job description

Hourly Pay Range (Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum):

$34.170 - $44.090 - $49.370

Required Qualifications
