Qualifications

• Prepares, stores, and delivers medications according to physician order and policy.
• Maintains proper labeling, dating, and storage of medications.
• Operates ADC/Pyxis systems and records expiration dates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare non-sterile compounds and label appropriately.
• Maintain compounding records per policy and USP guidelines.
• Assist in mentoring staff and interns on policies and procedures.
• Identify, quarantine, and restock outdated or contaminated pharmaceuticals.

Education

Associate’s Degree/Certificate from accredited/nationally recognized Pharmacy Technician Program - Preferred
