Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to lead patient communications, dispense medications, and provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care. You will counsel customers, administer immunizations, and advocate for community health.

As a frontline pharmacy leader, you will mentor staff, stay current with best practices, and participate in outreach events to promote wellness and accessible care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Pharmacy license by job entry date.
• Completion of ACPE Accredited Immunization training program.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care including dispensing prescriptions and counseling customers.
• Administer immunizations in accordance with policy and training.
• Engage with patients to support wellbeing and adherence to medications.
• Lead community outreach and wellness events related to pharmacy services.
