Job summary

CVS Health in Derby, CT is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to lead patient care initiatives and support the Pharmacy Manager with daily operations.

You will supervise Pharmacy Technician staff, ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance, and deliver high-quality service while contributing to programs that improve health outcomes for communities. You will participate in immunization programs and help manage inventory and workflow.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
• Immunization certification through an accredited organization.
• No felony charges or convictions involving controlled substances.
• Professional degree in pharmacy (PharmD or BS Pharmacy).

Responsibilities

• Support the Pharmacy Manager and supervise Pharmacy Technician staff.
• Oversee operations in the pharmacy to ensure safety and quality.
