Responsibilities

• Maintains confidentiality and required documentation for controlled substances and records.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, SOPs and HIPAA; supports loss prevention and patient safety initiatives.
• Immunizes and administers programs as developed by Walmart in accordance with State Board of Pharmacy regulations.
