Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Pharmacy license required by job entry date.
• Completed ACPE Accredited Immunization training program required (e.g., APhA, State Pharmacy Association).

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care by processing and dispensing prescription orders.
• Counsel customers on health care and prescription medications.
• Maintain confidential information and required documentation; ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Model and enforce company SOPs and ethics, and support compliance initiatives.
• Administer immunizations and participate in programs developed by Walmart in accordance with regulations.
• Monitor and improve patient safety, quality, and service delivery.
