Job summary

JobRx, Inc. is seeking a Lead Pharmacist in Seaside, Oregon. You will assist in coordinating daily pharmacy operations, oversee pharmacists and technicians, and lead the provision of safe and effective pharmacy services.

With a minimum of 4 years of experience required, the ideal candidate will have a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy and an Oregon Pharmacist License. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates, as well as relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required.
• Oregon Pharmacist License must be obtained upon hire.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant practice setting experience or PGY1 with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
• Experience with Process Improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, LEAN).
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacy management team with daily operations.
• Oversee pharmacists and technicians in pharmacy operations.
• Lead the provision of accurate and safe pharmacy services.
• Coordinate staffing based on workload and availability.
• Promote teamwork and reflect the hospital's mission.
