PharMerica is seeking a Pharmacist In Charge in Albany, NY to oversee non-retail pharmacy operations serving long-term care and senior living clients. The role emphasizes compliance, staff supervision, and clinical support within a closed-door pharmacy environment.

You will lead daily operations, ensure regulatory adherence, and collaborate with management to deliver high-quality care while fostering professional growth and cost-containment initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy required; PharmD preferred.
• Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of practice.
• Experience in pharmacy operations and long-term care settings.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure full compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws, regulations, and standards.
• Supervise and direct pharmacy staff in scheduling, purchasing, and clinical tasks.
