Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy in Blue Springs, MO is seeking a Pharmacist-in-Charge for a full-time role.

You will lead daily pharmacy operations, hire and train staff, and oversee dispensing with strict QA and regulatory compliance. The position offers a $145,000–$165,000 annual base plus a $10,000 signing bonus, and features 100% employee ownership through an ESOP. Hours are 9AM–5:30PM Monday–Friday with rotating Saturday shifts.

Qualificações

• PharmD degree from an accredited institution.
• Active Missouri pharmacist license in good standing, or ability to obtain before starting.
• 2+ years of licensed pharmacist experience.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily pharmacy operations and workflow.
• Hire, train and support your pharmacy team.
• Oversee medication dispensing, verification and quality assurance.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Oversee inventory and controlled substances.
• Work directly with prescribers, nurses, caregivers and healthcare partners.
• Build relationships with local agencies and providers.
• Partner with Neighborhood leadership as the pharmacy grows.
