Job summary

Wilco is seeking a Lead Pet Groomer to supervise grooming operations, ensure safe, high-quality services, and mentor grooming team members.

You will lead onboarding, maintain a clean, welcoming shop, and collaborate with the Store Manager on performance and training initiatives. A minimum of 3 years grooming experience and leadership skills are required, with a focus on humane handling of all pets.

• 3 years of professional Pet Grooming experience (required)

• Must always professionally handle all pets in a safe and humane manner.

Compensation

• Hourly rates are determined by experience and productivity.
• Lead Groomers may earn extra pay by training Grooming Technicians, receiving 30% of the trainees' commissions once certified. (Specific criteria must be met)
