Qualifications

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in field service or similar environments.
• Ability to train new team members and reinforce safety and service standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to obtain pest control licensing (training provided).
• Experience outdoors in a fast-paced setting helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians to deliver pest and mosquito control services.
• Train and coach team members on safety and service best practices.
• Perform property inspections at client locations and communicate findings.
• Drive to client sites and handle scheduling, route planning, and inventory tasks.
• Maintain equipment and represent the brand professionally for customers.
