Job summary

Mosquito and Pest Authority is seeking a Lead Technician to own their service route, interact with customers, and deliver pest and mosquito treatments. You’ll play a key role in day-to-day field operations and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in pest control, a valid driver’s license, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset with weekend flexibility. Training and advancement opportunities are offered as the company supports growth across districts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years pest control experience preferred (training provided).
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Team-first attitude with a growth mindset.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends when needed.
