Job description

Kiliuda, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Lead Personnel Security Specialist to join our team in Washington, DC.

Provide Personnel Security support to the Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA) and 94 United States Attorney’s Offices (USAO). This support encompasses an estimated 13,000 employees, students, and contractors. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Receiving, reviewing, and assembling detailed security packages for federal personnel security determinations of suitability and fitness for employment.
2. Assisting with security clearance requests, contractor waivers, initiating and resolving eAPP issues, reviewing eAPP packages, and related pre-employment or re-investigative documents.
3. Providing administrative support to Personnel Security Specialists in completing actions supporting the Personnel Security mission.
4. Understanding and interpreting data from PIPS/CVS, NCIC, other personnel security databases, and file share software.

Minimum Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant personnel security experience involving National Security Information Background and Public Trust Investigation requirements. Alternatively, if no bachelor's degree, 15 years of relevant experience. Experience with complex personnel security background investigations and Public Trust (Tier 4) clearance is required.
