The Richard Harris Law Firm, Nevada’s leading plaintiff personal injury practice, seeks a pre-litigation attorney in its Reno office. You will manage a high-volume caseload, provide legal counsel to clients, and coordinate with a team to advance cases efficiently.

Ideal candidates hold a J.D., are in good standing in Nevada, and bring at least 3 years of pre-litigation PI experience. Spanish bilingual skills are preferred to serve diverse clients in Northern Nevada and beyond.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Nevada State Bar membership.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a pre-litigation attorney focusing on personal injury.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume pre-litigation personal injury caseload.
• Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients regarding injury claims.
