SpecialtyCare is seeking an Experienced Perfusionist to join our team as Chief Perfusionist in Reston, VA. The role supports one surgeon at one hospital with an adult caseload around 125 cases, shared with another perfusionist.

The successful candidate will uphold high clinical quality and lead the OR perfusion team. We value strong communication, independence, and the ability to thrive in a high-stress environment while aligning with our integrity and improvement focus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited perfusion training program.
• Certification by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP).
• Five plus years of perfusion experience; Chief Perfusionist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support 1 surgeon covering 1 hospital in Reston, VA.
• Lead perfusion team and ensure high clinical quality during surgeries.
• Collaborate with OR staff to maintain safety and efficiency.
