The role requires a university degree in athletic training or physical therapy, Hawaii licensure, 8+ years of musculoskeletal clinical experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• University degree in Athletic Training or Physical Therapy and state registration.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant musculoskeletal clinical experience.
• Current First Aid and Trauma Management certification.
• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Experience with performing artists or high-level athletes.
• Able to work under pressure in a dynamic show environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medical care, prevention, rehabilitation and health‑care administration for artists with confidentiality and high standard of care.
• Lead emergency response readiness and maintain written Emergency Action Plans with the team.
• Provide emergency first aid and trauma management as incident lead.
• Collaborate with Coaches to implement injury‑risk reduction and performance support.
• Document all medical information per medico‑legal requirements and privacy rules.
• Coordinate referrals to medical providers and manage communications with artist representatives.
