Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school program of Physical Therapy.
• Currently licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in Texas.
• Relevant clinical experience, 1 year or more preferred.
• Must be able to lift, transfer, and position patients.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 1+ PTAs and manage patient visits.
• Perform in-depth patient evaluation and develop treatment plans.
• Implement treatment plans and provide therapy services.
• Instruct patients and families on therapy procedures and home programs.
• Maintain accurate patient records and timely documentation.
• Coordinate care with the health team and attend staff meetings.
