Job summary

Qualifications

• RN required.

• Physical assessment coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure provision of quality health services according to ORR standards.
• Manage medication administration, storage, documentation and consents.
• Maintain medical records and coordinate with physicians, therapists and program staff.
• Provide medical workshops and CPR training for staff and clients.
• Participate in infection control and safety program.
• Attend treatment team meetings and quarterly staffing reviews.
• Schedule and accompany client medical appointments as needed.
• Be on-call 24 hours for crises; contribute to QA/QI initiatives.
