Job summary

Trellis Services/LEARN Behavioral seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. You will lead a team, supervise technicians, and develop reports in a collaborative, family-centered setting.

Role offers part-time and full-time options with a focus on assent-based treatment and partnership with caregivers, plus comprehensive benefits and professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• BCBA certification required or expected to sit for exam within 3 months.
• Minimum of two years of experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor behavior technicians and ensure competency-based training.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct parent trainings and ensure assent-based treatment is applied.
• Analyze data and guide ongoing program direction.
