Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking an HR Payroll Professional to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across our global teams. You will bridge employees and third-party vendors, ensuring policy alignment and data integrity.

You will spearhead payroll system implementations, interpret complex policies, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. This role offers a dynamic, hybrid-friendly environment with opportunities to grow and make an impact.

Required Skills and Experience

• Knowledge about Payroll and Accounting Processes
• Experience with payroll programs and MS Office Suite
• High degree of professionalism and ability to communicate with various levels of management
• Good understanding of employment law, regulatory and legal compliance to meet country specific requirements
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills, sensitive to data and detail orientated
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business and Human Resources
• Previous experience in a similar role of at least 2-3 years
• Basic knowledge in other HR processes such as Compensation, Benefit, Talent Acquisition etc.
