Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or healthcare administration required.
• Minimum five years in a healthcare org or health insurance with contracting experience.
• Experience in a large healthcare org or academic medical center preferred.
• Proven track record in contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Manages full contract negotiation cycle for assigned contracts.
• Coordinates implementation of new or renegotiated contracts and monitors performance.
• Serves as SME on contract specifics for revenue cycle and case management.
• Leads joint operations with payors and prepares scorecards for negotiations.
• Collaborates with finance and data analytics to support negotiations.
