EZCORP, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service Team Member at our Portland stores. Start as a Trainee in a paid 5-week training program with a $.50 raise and promotion to Pawnbroker on completion, then potential progression to Lead Pawnbroker and Assistant Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work well independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items is a plus.
• Sales background is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers daily, helping with sales and pawn items.
• Process sales, loans, and extensions.
• Perform opening and closing store duties.
