Job summary

HCA Houston Healthcare Northwest is seeking a Lead Patient Care Tech to play a pivotal role on the nursing team, delivering compassionate, hands-on patient care and mentoring staff. You will support advanced procedures and help guide growth for new and experienced team members.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs and telemetry, documenting care, maintaining a safe environment, and communicating updates to the care team to ensure timely, coordinated patient care.

Qualifications

• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

• Responding to patient needs through regular rounding and compassionate communication to promote comfort and trust
• Training new team members, sharing updates on policies and quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient care

Job Summary And Qualifications

As a Lead Patient Care Tech, you’ll be an integral part of the nursing team, delivering compassionate care that impacts patients’ lives every day. You’ll provide hands‑on patient care, assist with advanced procedures, and help guide and mentor and support the growth of new and experienced patient care tech staff.

What qualifications you will need:
