Job summary

HCA HealthONE seeks a Lead Patient Care Technician to join the nursing team, delivering compassionate care and mentoring staff. You will provide hands-on patient care, assist with procedures, and help guide new techs.

Responsibilities include ADL assistance, vital signs, telemetry monitoring, accurate documentation, and maintaining a safe environment. Prior CNA certification and BCLS/CPR within 30 days are required.

Qualifications

• Must obtain Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment start date.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living and mobility, monitor vital signs, and support procedures.
• Document patient care accurately and communicate updates to the nursing team.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and ensure supplies are ready.
