Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate degree in a related field is preferred.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Training and certification in law enforcement, correctional or security environments is preferred.
• Minimum three years’ experience in related fields (homelessness, mental health, substance abuse, corrections) is preferred.
• CDCA or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate all PCA staff in the program.
• Maintain staff schedule to ensure appropriate shift coverage.
• Participate in on-call after hours.
• Help facilitate safety, maintenance, and rules of the Engagement Center.
