Job summary

Four Seasons Miami Surf Club location is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie to join the pastry team, supervising breakfast, lunch and dinner items and ensuring quality, consistency and food safety.

You will train staff, maintain mise en place, operate kitchen equipment, and support cost controls while upholding the brand's standards. Valid US work authorization is required; full-time schedule includes mornings, days, evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of pastry, culinary, or related professional kitchen experience.
• Advanced culinary knowledge is expected.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner items per guest orders.
• Set up station and complete mise en place.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to meet standards.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely.
• Monitor food costs and waste.
