Qualifications

• Combination of life/position experience and education commensurate to perform Lead Pastor duties.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of Ministry experience (with preaching).
• Experience must be from a Restoration Movement church.

• Lead the church by casting God-given vision and executing it effectively.
• Engage in personal and corporate evangelism.
• Mentor and develop staff in their roles.
