Job summary

Sandhills Alliance Church in Pinehurst, NC seeks a Lead Pastor (Full-Time) to grow a vibrant, outward-focused congregation while shepherding with humility and integrity.

The ideal candidate will preach and teach with clarity, cast vision, mentor ministry leaders, and cultivate local outreach in a multigenerational setting; CMA licensing is required or willing to begin the Alliance ordination process.
