Job description

Alliance Church (CAC) is a 400‑person multi‑staff congregation in Cody, WY, located at the eastern gateway to Yellowstone National Park. The church has a debt‑free 26,000‑sq. ft. facility on seven acres and offers two Sunday morning services, robust children and student ministries, and several other strengths. The congregation seeks a new Lead Pastor who will courageously follow Jesus as a family and lead the church’s mission and discipleship efforts.

Responsibilities include preaching, shepherding the congregation, fostering leadership development, and navigating the predominantly independent mountain‑west culture.

Qualifications: 10–20 years of ministry experience, strong preaching skills, a shepherd’s heart, and the ability to minister effectively in the mountain‑west context. Candidates must be licensed by The Christian & Missionary Alliance.
