Salem Church of Darmstadt in Evansville, IN is seeking a full-time Senior Pastor to serve as the spiritual leader and shepherd of our church family. The church, with approximately 300 members, values biblical preaching and community engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a theological degree, demonstrated experience in preaching and leadership, and a commitment to our values. The role offers a salary of $120,000, along with additional support for parsonage, retirement, and professional development.

Qualifications

• A theological degree from an accredited institution or seminary.
• Alignment with Evangelical and Reformed theology.
• Demonstrated experience in preaching and leadership.
• Personal integrity consistent with biblical leadership qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver biblically grounded sermons during Sunday services.
• Provide pastoral care and spiritual guidance to members.
• Provide Christ-centered leadership in partnership with the Church Council.
• Build relationships within the community and promote outreach initiatives.
• Collaborate with the worship team for music and liturgy.
