• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; ability to respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and scheduling of personnel and routine work.
• Supervise and train full-time employees, temporary staff and volunteers.
• Develop an effective work force and provide daily direction to the workforce based on policy and guidelines.
• Oversee budget management, supply and inventory control and equipment management.
• Ensure safety program enforcement and OSHA compliance across assigned facilities.
