Mammoth Mountain, part of Alterra Mountain Company, is seeking a hands-on leader to oversee Unbound Park grooming year-round. You will coordinate builds for contests, shoots, and public parks in collaboration with the Unbound Park Manager and Park Cat Manager, ensuring operations stay on schedule.

The role requires 2+ years riding at a high level, 3-4 years snow cat experience, and 1-2 years of management. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in a dynamic

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent experience.
• Must have 2 years riding at a high level.
• Must have 3-4 years of snow cat experience.
• 1-2 years management experience required.
• Good communication, organizational and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all areas of Unbound Park grooming.
• Coordinates all builds with Unbound Manager and Park Cat Manager for contests, photo shoots and public parks.
• Assists with scheduling of all Park Cat operators with Park Cat Manager.
• Able to remain within budgetary restraints. Builds and maintains all features.
