This role requires a high school diploma, a relevant technical certification, and 3+ years in panel build. You will collaborate with engineers and QC to maintain standards and support production goals.

The Lead Panel Build Technician is responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing industrial electrical control panels and electronic subassemblies used in industrial systems. This includes interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials; mounting and connecting components; and ensuring panels meet quality, safety, and performance specifications. The Lead Panel Build Technician will be responsible for mentoring and training other team members regarding the build process and work instructions as well as overseeing the contributions of the less experienced build technicians.
Standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs as needed. Work performed in a production/shop environment with exposure to noise, tools, and moving equipment.
