Job summary

Catchlight Painting is seeking an experienced Painter to join our Boston-area team on a full-time, year-round basis. The role involves interior and exterior residential painting with prep work, training provided for those new to the field, and a four-day work week with Fridays off.

A valid US driver’s license and own basic tools are required. We offer health and dental insurance after 90 days, 18+ paid holidays, a 3% employer match retirement plan, and quarterly team events.

Qualifications

• Residential interior and exterior painting experience including preparation is preferred but not required. Will train!
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and personal vehicle for transportation to and from job-sites or Office/Shop
• Provide your own basic hand tools (required tool list provided at hire)
• Ability to pass illegal drug screening, background check, light physical
• Able to work a 40-hour schedule per week, between 7:00am and 5:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential interior and exterior painting as assigned.
• Prepare surfaces and apply finishes with quality workmanship.
• Maintain and organize tools and materials; keep work areas clean.
• Follow safety guidelines and coordinate with team and supervisor.
