Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in packaging, process engineering or similar role (Senior Packaging Engineers welcome to apply)
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience in clean room operations or other medical device manufacturing
• Attention to detail, with experience in record keeping

Responsibilities

• Lead on packaging validations, drive regulatory compliance, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing to shape how orthopaedic implants and instruments get packaged safely and efficiently
