Job summary

Miami Valley Hospital North is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (Outpatient) for full-time, with flexible 8, 9, or 10-hour day options.

You will lead interdisciplinary care, evaluate and treat patients, supervise PTAs, document care, and contribute to program improvement while delivering exceptional patient service. The role requires a degree in Physical Therapy, Ohio licensure, and ability to collaborate with patients and families to achieve goals; BLS within 30 days is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Ohio Physical Therapy license.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, treats, documents, and discharges patients per service guidelines.
• Engages in interdisciplinary patient care management.
• Supervises Physical Therapist Assistants and delegates tasks as needed.
• Provides patient and family education about treatment plans.
• Participates in performance improvement activities and department goals.
