Job summary

Capital Electric in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Lead Outbound Warehouse Associate to drive the region's logistics operations. In this hands-on leadership role you will coordinate a team to move products from receipt to shipment using our standard processes.

You will oversee inbound and outbound logistics, coach staff, ensure quality, and maintain safety. A High School Diploma/GED and 1–2 years of warehouse experience are required; electrical distribution knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Logistics: Manage the complete journey of our products from arrival to shipment using Solar Eclipse software.
• Oversee all inbound/outbound logistics, upholding company standards for speed and accuracy.
• Guide warehouse associates through daily tasks like packaging, staging, loading, and general material movement.
• Ensure every product leaving the warehouse meets our high bar for quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe workplace operating within SOPs and OSHA standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Bring 1-2 years of relevant warehouse experience to the table (bonus points for electrical distribution know-how!).
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to keep operations running smoothly.
