Sea Base is seeking Out Island Mates to guide and supervise crews on a seven‑day adventure on Big Munson Island, including activities like kayaking, fishing, snorkeling, and canoeing. Mates act as first mates aboard boats, mediating conflicts and fostering leadership within the crew.

Applicants must be 18+, hold current first aid, CPR and AED certifications, and pass a US Coast Guard drug test. Seasonal work for Spring 2027 with on‑site housing and meals is available.
