• Bread & butter ENT practice as the foundation of the new program.
• Types of surgeries: ear tubes, tonsillectomies, sinus surgery, thyroid, parathyroid, and head/neck cancers.
• Seven days of on-call per month.
• 2–3 dedicated surgery days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a brand-new Otolaryngology program in a high-demand region.
• Provide direct ENT services and cancer care across the full spectrum of ENT cases.
