Job summary

Freedom Dental Health and Keystone Orthodontics are seeking a Clinical Lead Orthodontic Assistant who will impact our Maryland and Pennsylvania locations, with travel between offices required. This leadership role thrives at the chair, mentors others, and ensures smooth clinical flow.

The ideal candidate holds an MD or PA license, X-ray certification, and a current EFDA license or Certified Orthodontic Assistant.

Qualifications

• MD or PA license and X-ray certification required.
• EFDA license or Certified Orthodontic Assistant is required.
• Prior orthodontic experience is mandatory.
• Maryland or Pennsylvania radiology certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the best part of the patients' day.
• Preparing for patients.
• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments.
• Taking diagnostic records and iTero scanning.
• Assisting the Orthodontist during procedures.
• Independently carrying out prescribed treatment.
• Building relationships with patients and educating them about treatment.
• Facilitating communication between the Orthodontist and patient.

This role will serve both our Maryland and Pennsylvania locations, so flexibility and travel between offices are a must. This is a role for a leader. Someone who thrives at the chair, mentors others with ease, and keeps the clinical flow running smoothly. The right candidate will hold an MD or PA License, Xray Certification, and a current EFDA license or Certified Orthodontic Assistant. We need a pro who is ready to elevate our practice and their career.

Candidates must be MD or PA Licensed and Xray Certified. Candidates without minimum experience need not apply!
