Job summary

Behr Paint Company is seeking a Lead Order Puller to drive accuracy and efficiency in our paint distribution operations. You will train new teammates, oversee pallet loading, and ensure orders are handled safely and precisely so customers receive products in pristine condition.

You will operate forklifts and hand jacks, maintain records and labels, and uphold our safety standards in a fast-paced environment. A strong emphasis on teamwork and continuous improvement is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Lead and mentor new team members with hands-on training on safe order pulling.
• Inspect orders for accuracy, damage, and discrepancies.
• Coordinate pallet loading and wrapping to maintain efficiency.
• Operate forklifts, rider jacks, and power hand jacks with confidence.
• Maintain precise records, bills of lading, and labeling for tracking.
