The package includes a $550,000+ base salary with collection bonus, relocation assistance, and ongoing education support as you shape a high-performing OMS practice with modern digital workflows.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Eligible for licensure in Ohio.
• Committed to patient-centered care and team-based collaboration.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building with referral doctors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the launch and growth of a new Cleveland OMS facility.
• Provide full clinical autonomy with mentorship from peers.
• Develop and implement high-performing surgical practice systems.
• Build relationships with referral Doctors to grow the patient base.
