Job summary

Bay Area OSM seeks an experienced Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join Vallejo Oral Surgery & Implantology, part of the Bay Area OSM group. You will work in a high-volume PPO/FFS setting with strong referrals, and lead initiatives to grow a well-established patient base.

Ideal candidates bring DDS/DMD with OMFS residency, board certification or progress, and CA license eligibility, plus 3+ years of private practice. Expect a salary and incentives package with a robust benefits plan.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an accredited oral and maxillofacial surgery residency program.
• Board certification (or active pursuit of certification) by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Eligibility for California dental license.
• Three or more years of private practice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Join an established, high-volume practice with strong referral networks.
• Lead growth initiatives and mentor staff and clinicians.
• Perform comprehensive OMFS care with emphasis on implants (600–800 annually).
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure patient care excellence.
