Job summary

CACI is seeking an Oracle Fusion PPM Architect to lead the design and configuration of Fusion PPM for the GCSS-MC program. You will architect costing, budgeting, and resource management across the Marine Corps enterprise, interfacing with General Ledger, Assets, Inventory, and Procurement.

The role requires architect-level expertise, DoD/federal experience preferred, and a U.S. Citizenship. Up to 10% travel locally may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of Oracle Fusion PPM experience with architect-level design
• Deep expertise in Project Costing and Resource Management
• Proficiency in OTBI and BI Publisher
• Hands-on experience with FBDI/HDL data conversion
• Must be eligible to pass a T3 background investigation
• U.S. Citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Architect Oracle Fusion PPM solutions: Project Costing, Project Management, Project Resource Management
• Design Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), task hierarchies, and budgeting/forecasting frameworks
• Lead requirements sessions with USMC program managers to translate needs into Fusion configurations
• Architect integration points between Project Financials, GL, Assets, Inventory and Procurement
• Build OTBI/BI Publisher reporting for project financial performance and burn-rate tracking
• Oversee data conversion strategy for project-related data (FBDI/HDL)
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across project teams
• Support SIT/UAT testing and resolve complex configuration defects
• Document project architecture, data flows, and system design decisions
