Job summary

CFS is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Integration Lead to own and evolve our Oracle Fusion integrations across the enterprise from Grand Rapids, MI. You will drive integration strategy and governance for OIC/OCI, partnering with IT and business stakeholders to shape roadmaps and secure, scalable solutions.

In this role, you will mentor the team, oversee design reviews, and guide implementations of new Oracle Fusion initiatives.

Qualifications

4+ years hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion OIC.
Experience with OCI.
Experience supporting Oracle SCM, OTM, WMS, CPQ, OCC, FDI, EPM, or Finance modules.
Full SDLC experience from design to monitoring.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with stakeholders.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON and XML.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary owner for all Oracle Fusion integrations across the enterprise.
Monitor and improve existing Oracle integrations and interfaces.
Provide governance and health monitoring of the integration environment.
Identify process improvements and resolve performance issues.
Lead integration architecture, design reviews and development efforts.
Define integration standards and future-state architecture.
Partner with business and IT stakeholders on roadmaps and strategy.
Ensure solutions are secure, scalable and maintainable.
Mentor team members and coordinate with partners/vendors.
