Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Lead Solution Architect to drive Oracle EPM strategy across cloud and on-prem deployments. You will own end-to-end architectures for close, consolidation, planning, forecasting, and reporting, while guiding hybrid integration with ERP and data systems.

You will mentor a global team and align with Finance and Technology leadership to deliver scalable, secure solutions. The role emphasizes reliability, automation, and governance, with focus on Calc Manager, EPM Automate,

Qualifications

• Expert-level knowledge of EPM as architect or lead.
• Strong Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS/FCCS) experience preferred.
• Experience with Hyperion on-prem (HFM/Planning/Essbase).
• Finance processes and transformation leadership capabilities.
• Ability to design ERP+EPM integrations and data models.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle EPM architecture for hybrid on-prem and cloud.
• Define end-to-end EPM solutions: close, consolidation, planning, reporting.
• Govern architecture standards across multiple geographies.
• Mentor architects and technical teams during design and delivery.
• Partner with Finance and Tech leaders to translate requirements into scalable designs.
• Steer migration and modernization initiatives from Hyperion to Cloud.
