Job summary

nVent is seeking an Oracle E-Business Suite functional expert to support projects and project accounting across a global manufacturing setting. You will gather requirements, design solutions, and configure Oracle Projects modules to align with standard functionality and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required.
• 5+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite functional experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Projects, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Accounting and related Financials integrations.
• Experience gathering requirements and developing functional specifications.
• Experience leading testing, deployment and user training activities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary functional expert for Oracle EBS projects and project accounting.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into functional designs.
• Configure Oracle EBS Projects modules with standard functionality and best practices.
• Support project lifecycle processes: setup, budgeting, forecasting, cost collection, capitalization, billing, revenue recognition, closeout.
• Lead design reviews, testing, deployments, and production support.
• Develop SIT, UAT, regression, and deployment validation tests.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
